Privacy notice
What we collect on this site, why, who sees it, and your rights under RA 10173.
Who we are
This website is run by the gym named at the top of this page. We are the personal information controller for what you send us here, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
Only what a form asks for: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the branch and date you choose, and your message. For a class booking, the class and spot. For a review, the name you want shown.
Health details (the PAR-Q, clearances, body composition) are NEVER collected on this website. They are taken at the desk, kept separately and seen only by the staff who need them.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you, to confirm and remind you of a booking, trial or tour, and to follow up once about joining. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form, and the steps you asked us to take.
Who sees it
The gym's front desk and managers, and our booking system's provider, which processes it on our behalf. We never sell your details and never share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and leads not converted into a membership are deleted or anonymised after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as the law on business records requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, to withdraw consent, or to object to any use, by writing to the email address in the footer. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads nothing from third parties. Your connection's address is used only to limit abuse of the forms.
