FAQ

Straight answers

The questions people ask at the desk, answered before you have to ask.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Only for a membership with a minimum term, and the term is printed on every plan card. Class packs and day passes have no contract.

Is there a joining fee?

If there is one, it's on the plan card beside the monthly price — and so is “₱0 joining fee” when there isn't. There are no other fees.

How do I cancel my membership?

Tell the desk, or send a message through the contact page, with the notice shown on your plan. We confirm the last billing date in writing. No letter, no in-person-only rule.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, on plans that allow it — the freeze length and the monthly freeze fee are on the plan card. Medical freezes with a doctor's note are free.

How do I pay?

Cash, GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card at the desk. Monthly dues can be paid in advance for several months.

Do you have a senior citizen or PWD discount?

Yes. 20% off and VAT-exempt on gym use with your OSCA or PWD ID. The discount applies to your own membership only.

Can I use other branches?

It depends on the plan: “Every branch” plans work at all of our gyms; “Home branch” plans at the branch you joined. It's written on the card.

Pwede ba mag-trial kahit hindi pa sure?

Oo naman! A free trial day is for exactly that. Book it online, show your ID at the desk, and train. No sales pitch unless you ask.

Do class packs expire?

Yes, packs have a validity, stated on the card — for many packs it only starts on your first booking, not the day you buy.

Is there parking?

Check your branch page for amenities like parking, showers and lockers.

What if a class is full?

Join the waitlist. If someone cancels before the cut-off, you're moved in automatically and we'll text you.

Do you have personal trainers?

Yes. Every coach on the Coaches page has their certifications listed. Ask the desk for a PT intro session.
