First visit

Day one, sorted

Kinakabahan? Normal lang 'yan. Everyone was new once — here's exactly what happens on day one.

What happens

  1. At the desk

Give your name and show an ID. If you booked a trial or a class, your number is on your phone. You'll sign the waiver and a short health questionnaire.

  2. Your locker

Lockers are free while you train — bring a padlock or borrow one at the desk. Showers have soap and shampoo; bring your own towel or rent one.

  3. A quick walk-through

A coach shows you the floor: where the free weights, machines, cardio and stretching areas are, and how to adjust a machine safely.

  4. Train at your pace

Nobody's watching the new person. Start light, ask anyone in a staff shirt for help, and rest when you need to.

  5. Before you go

Tell the desk how it went. If you'd like to join, they'll show you the plans in writing — no pressure to decide today.

What to bring

  • Valid ID
  • Clean indoor shoes (no outdoor soles on the floor)
  • A towel and a water bottle — there's a refill station
  • Padlock for your locker
  • Something to eat 1–2 hours before, not a full meal

Booking a class

  • Book online up to the date shown on the schedule. Online booking closes shortly before each class starts.
  • Full? Join the waitlist — if a spot opens before the cut-off, it's yours automatically and we'll text you.
  • Can't make it? Cancel with your booking number and mobile. Free before the cancellation window shown on your booking; after that a late-cancel fee applies.
  • No-shows are charged a no-show fee and count as a strike. Three strikes in 30 days pauses online booking for a week.

Etiquette

Re-rack your weights

Plates back on the tree, dumbbells back on the rack, in order. The next person thanks you.

Wipe down

Spray and wipe benches and handles after use. Towels are on every pillar.

Share the equipment

Between sets, let someone work in. Don't reserve a machine with a towel or a phone.

Phones on silent

Take calls outside the floor. Filming is fine for your own form — never film other members.

Come to class on time

Arrive 10 minutes early. Five minutes after the start, the door closes and your spot may go to the waitlist.

No judgment here

Every body, every level. Comments on someone else's body or lifts aren't welcome. Report anything that makes you uncomfortable to the desk.

House rules

  • Members and guests must check in at the desk every visit; your pass or QR is personal.
  • Proper gym attire and closed, clean indoor shoes on the floor.
  • No outside personal trainers. Only the gym's coaches train clients on the premises.
  • Minors 15–17 train with a parent or guardian present; under 15 are not allowed on the gym floor.
  • No food on the floor; drinks in closed bottles only.
  • Lockers are day-use only unless you rent one. Items left overnight are removed and kept at the desk for 7 days.
  • The gym may ask anyone to leave who puts others at risk.
